Strange looking, almost looks like a giant toilet seat. :)
When I first looked at it I thought it was sky scraper construction in progress.
Remember that big sign I think in Palmer that stuck way up over a compnay that made Toilet seats...that said "The Best Seat In The House"....I think maybe they made their last flush years ago.....
