This looks to me, like a great doghouse, but too close to the road.

I would imagine a less financially well off person coming to Stafford for the
"mineral waters", may have rented a room here...walking down to the Hollow pond to cool off on a swelerting night, only to never return......
The photo makes the house look not too bad!!!! The dog house is actually a little roof over the front door way, it fell to the ground sometime last year. Wonder if anyone ever looked under it to see if there might be a body there, or just a skeleton remains now.
